NAA Membership is loaded with exciting educational benefits, valuable industry savings, and regular member features like our Member on a Mission blog posts and periodic member co-hosted webinars. The crown jewel of NAA Membership, though, is the NAA File Card Library.

Every new member receives access to our exclusive digital NAA File Card Library. We’ve given you a tour of the file box here and our educational pillars here, but since we just released our most recent pack, we thought it would be fun to share the topics we focused on today.

In this pack, we focused on four of our pillars:

  • Skin Anatomy & Physiology. To understand the skin’s behavior, it’s essential to know it inside and out; we take a magnifying glass to the layers of the skin to deepen your knowledge of its structure and function.
  • Hormones & Skin Health. Hormones play a big role in glowing skin, so this is a topic that we love exploring, for women and men alike.
  • Lifestyle Practices. Sleep, exercise, your environment— here we look at the lifestyle influences on skin health.
  • NAA Integrative Approaches. Ayurveda, Chinese medicine, reiki and herbalism—the list of influences on Nutritional Aesthetics are many, and we explore them here.

In Skin Anatomy & Physiology, our two new cards are “The Importance of the Stratum Corneum” and “The Connection between the Skin and the Nervous System.”

In Hormones & Skin Health, our two new cards are “What if Hormone Imbalance is Not the Cause–But Another Symptom?” and “Navigating Through Hormone Fluctuations.”

In Lifestyle Practices, our two new cards are “How Having Pets Can Improve the Skin” and “Medical Qi Gong for Skin Health.”

In NAA Integrative Approaches, our two new cards are “Flower Essences for Healing Skin Deep and Beneath” and “Cosmetic Acupuncture for Smooth, Clear Skin.”
