We are so excited to welcome Sarah Meinert to the Nutritional Aesthetics® Alliance’s Advisory Board! We have been searching for a movement expert, who not only shares our passion for advancing an integrative approach to healthy skin, but also who has a deep connection and understanding of how movement affects hormones, skin, and longevity. Sarah certainly fit that bill!
About Sarah Meinert:
Sarah Meinert, widely recognized as The Movement Muse and The Queen of Longevity, is a trusted authority in movement, performance, and integrative wellness. As the founder of Ozean Pilates + Wellness, she unites the classical roots of Pilates with modern approaches to functional strength, mobility, recovery, and longevity.
With over two decades of experience, Sarah draws from her background in professional dance, anatomy, and movement science to make complex biomechanics approachable and empowering. Her work supports clients through post-injury recovery, sports performance, and sustainable, long-term health.
A Board-Certified Holistic Practitioner, Certified Nutritional Aesthetics® Practitioner, Certified BASI Pilates Comprehensive Teacher, Performance + Recovery Coach, and Certified Pre/Postnatal and Menopause Coach, Sarah bridges Pilates with integrative wellness—connecting skin, gut, and movement health to foster resilience, recovery, and optimal function from the inside out.
Beyond her studio, she has mentored aspiring instructors, advanced accessibility in movement education, and led community wellness events including Pilates intensives, sound baths, and myofascial release workshops. Her advocacy for inclusivity extends to teaching mat Pilates to visually impaired individuals and over 20 years of volunteer work with Guide Dogs for the Blind.
As a member of the Nutrition Aesthetics® Alliance Advisory Board, Sarah contributes her expertise in integrative movement, skin, and longevity to help advance the NAA’s mission of uniting inner and outer wellness for whole-body vitality.
As we do with all our Advisory Board members, we asked Sarah to share why she wanted to be part of the Nutritional Aesthetics® Alliance:
The Nutritional Aesthetics Alliance:
What excites you the most about The Nutritional Aesthetics Alliance?
Sarah Meinert:
The NAA:
How has Nutritional Aesthetics® (integrating nutrition and lifestyle changes with skincare and self-care) impacted your practice and/or work?
Sarah Meinert:
I bring NAA principles to life by merging mindful movement, personalized nutrition, and skin-focused wellness protocols into every session. It’s not just about looking better – it’s about feeling aligned, energized, and capable in your own body. By addressing how diest, gut health, and stress affect posture, mobility, and skin radiance, clients leave each session stronger, glowing, and eager for the next. The beauty of this approach? It turns a single Pilates, fitness, or wellness session into a full-body experience where science, movement, and mindfulness converge – a transformation people can feel immediately and see over time.
The NAA:
Complete the sentence: “For optimal skin health, I wish people would do more of ___________________, and less of ___________________.”
Sarah Meinert:
For optimal skin health, I wish people would spend more time nourishing their body with smart habits guided by educators who actually know the science behind your glow and less time letting scroll-stopping influencers design their routines . Real radiance isn’t about quick fixes; it’s about pairing what you eat, how you move, and how you recover with a pinch of patience – and maybe a little humor when life inevitably throws in a late-night pizza. Glow, meet common sense.
We are so grateful to have Sarah on our Advisory Board!
We already have a webinar planned–stay tuned for that!
